The Jacobs Center for Community Innovation is a 72,500 square foot facility built to serve the community goals of Southeast San Diego neighborhoods. Turpin & Rattan Engineering, Inc. provided MEP design services for this $23.5 Million, three-story multi-purpose facility featuring a large main hall on the first floor.

Designed as the centerpiece for the shopping plaza located in the area, special consideration was made to ensure the lighting systems added to the aesthetic value of the complex.
